The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. All accompanying accessories, instructions, and packaging materials must also be included.

2. Return Request Process
Please contact our customer service team to request a return. They will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address.

Please mark the Return Authorization Number on the return package so we can process your return quickly.

3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, you will receive a refund. The refund will be processed through your original payment method and is usually completed within 3-5 business days.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods
